Hi Frank. I have a real estate office in Neiafu, Vavau and I am shure I can help you out. Have you ever been to Vavau. In Tonga we can not sell the land, only lease it. I am offering 50 year renewable leases. Once you develop that property, you can do what ever you want with it for duration of the lease. Right now I am offering 2 acre sandy beach front in Utungake. Ihave a 52 acre waterfront subdivision and I am leasing famous Ovalau island right now. same time we are offering 72 acres for golf course development. If any of that interest you, let me know.

hellow, i have a 4 acres piece at Vava'u on Mafana Islands. I wish to let someone lease it but i was wondering if you will sell it yourself, how much would you put it up for...i has a very beautiful beachfront and 5 minutes boat ride to the main land, Neiafu...waiting for a reply

I believe you have beach property on Mafana Island to lease.

Does the property belong to you or someone else?

How long is the lease for and how much does the lease cost?

There are only two beaches on Mafana, one looking at Olo'ua

where you can see the sunrise and the other one looking at Ofu

where the sun goes down. What side is your property on?

If I lease then I would not sell but I will live on it.

Land wanted in Vava'u Tonga to build a residential home.

Long lease required. Ocean views would be nice. Ownership of

land being offered needs to be sorted out beofre being

offered, ie a Deed of Grant needs to be sighted.

Prefer land in the Neiafu area. 30-60 poles OK.

I have 60pole piecies of land inside Neiafu harbour opposite side 4minutes by boat and 12minutes by car for sublease or transfer the lease to you or your company and you can own it forever. .Right at sea site where all yaught are anchor.Shelter for anchor and lovely for swimming.You can imagine the beautiful of Neiafu while the sun set only the light from all hotel and Harhour of Neiafu reflect across the sea .You can sitting every friday and watching the yaught race and all boat coming to the harbour.So beautiful.Much more to say .
