Good morning,My name is David Garcia. I am writing from Chicago, Illinois, USA. I found your web site over the weekend using the Caribbean Yellow Pages and other resources.
For reference, this is the base link: www.caribbeanonlineyellowpages.com/country/country_1.html
I have travelled to Trinidad and Tobago two times and am impressed with the rapid development and economic growth I've observed there...
I am one guy working various angles to make extra money and am what you might call an entrepreneur. I've done some ISO 9001:2000 Course administration with my employer, American Quality and Environmental Group, Ltd. (aqegroup.com) in conjunction with the Caribbean Institute for Quality (ciqltd.com).
I've been told and have seen for myself, there is a huge market in T&T for computer goods, so I always keep an eye out for the best deals. I brought CD-Rs for my friends last time, but now I’m told that USB drives are especially hot items right now for their sheer convenience, portability, durability and ever-increasing storage space.
If someone there is interested, I believe I have found a product you could sell at a comfortable profit margin... This is a new enterprise for me. I don’t as yet have a distributor in Trinidad and Tobago, so I am seeking out businessmen and fellow entrepreneurs with which to form alliances. I appeal to smart shoppers of all kinds.
The products I speak of are 1GB USB Flash drives, OEM in bulk packaging.
Centon is the manufacturer. For reference, please see this page:
www.dealtime.com/xPO-Centon_512MB_Pen_USB_2_0
Dealtime is a search engine that combines several shopping sites into one and gives back the best deal. Supposedly this is one of the best resources.
Please do note, what I am offering is not a 512MB model; it is an identical sister product from the same manufacturer, in a 1GB capacity. You'll see as well the product warranty is 5 years from Centon.
I am offering Centon 1GB USB Flash drives at a lower price, even at a single unit rate, than Dealtime and the whole internet can offer 512MB versions of the same. Think about some ways you could use a deal like this to your advantage.
Let me give a few examples of local retail prices:
www.thewizz.com/flash.htm
gsoftweb.4t.com/computerparts.html
rightent.com/html/drv07.htm
www.computerpcs.com/storage.htm#flash
Now that you've seen what's typically available, consider this: I am talking about ONE GIGABYTE (1GB) for $126.00 TTD, and single items for $150.00 TTD/$25.00 USD.
A single item from me would cost you $150.00 TTD. That's one item, one GB for $150.00 TTD, up against a similar item of only half the storage space being sold retail at $275.00 TTD. The buyer pays for shipping on small orders, yes, but even after priority shipping to Trinidad via FedEx/IBC, it's still about 30-40TT cheaper than to buy locally. Even after all that, it's still cheaper and still double what you'd get in terms of storage capacity if you bought the more expensive item. This is an apples-to-apples comparison.
I understand through my local associates that duty and import taxes don't apply to certain electronic products coming into Trinidad, including certain computer components. USB drives are small and lightweight. There are no moving parts. They are ideal for shipping.
I believe we could do some good business if you are interested.
I am especially interested in partnering with wholesalers and retailers In Trinidad, but I will still sell single units to savvy buyers for a better price than you’ll get in T&T.
I have a bulk ordering scheme that you'll agree is very fair. I can even help you with marketing material of all kinds. This offer is time sensitive so let’s talk. I can Skype, AIM, IP-relay chat, email, gmail, and Google Chat.
