The property is not isolated, but has other houses opposite, but is large enough to offer privacy...The house is fully fenced, paved almost all the way around and has a foundation at the back for a gazebo with an adjoining pool... An entrepreneurial individual can also put a 4 bedroom apartment at the back. There's parking space for 8 cars at the side of the property.
