The house is beautifully situated at a foothill with retaining walls all the way around... The property is not isolated, but has other houses opposite, but is large enough to offer privacy...The house is fully fenced, paved almost all the way around and has a foundation at the back for a gazebo with an adjoining pool... An entrepreneurial individual can also put a 4 bedroom apartment at the back. There's parking space for 8 cars at the side of the property.

Is this still available and do you have pictures of the house? I have family that lives in Caparo and i'm very interested in purchasing a house or land in Caparo. Please reply asap so we can discuss the cost at which you are selling.
