Our Company is looking for partners or investors for building the brewery with a capacity of 100000 deciliters per month. The brewery will be situated in Kostroma, Russia on a basis of an existing factory of non-alcoholic drinks.Realization of the project is 3 years, starting from its construction until its full capacity.
The first manufacture of 150-200 tons of product is planned after the period of 18 months. Two levels building will be built with the total area of 1800 square meters and storage area of 700 square meters.
We are interested in partner(s), who desires to promote his brands or new trade marks in East market, with similar type of business or related to manufacture of food products.
The modern, highly profitable equipment is required, as well as an advertising budget for introducing and subsequent support of new brands on the market.
Volume of investment is 1,0-2,0 million dollars. There is a possibility of purchasing second-hand or less productivity equipment. We will be very glad if you could offer us your “know-how”.
Our Company was founded in 2000. The main activities are: extraction of water from the chink, pouring and packing it in the bottles, production of non-alcoholic drinks on the basis of this water and sale.
Total area of our factory is 1700 square meters; territory area is 1 hectare with the possibility of expanding. We have got two chinks, water-preparation area, boiler-house and transformer substation.
We own 4 registered trademarks. Our line of water production includes 7 names and more than 15 types of lemonades.
There are 45 employees.
At present time, all our equipment is semi-automatic, but we are planning to change it to automatic in 2006.
Company is operating in 8 regions of Russia with population over 30 million people. One of our brands is being constantly financed and advertised. We have got 7 company vehicles. Also, we do direct deliveries to the shops in 3 regions.
As a matter of fact, we have got free areas for organization of manufacture of food products, such as chocolates, sweets, cakes, seasonings, mayonnaise, bottling of sunflower oil and so on.
