Donna (11) from UK (Contact Member) -

I am married to a Tunisian and have been married for over 10 years, we have 2 girls 4 years and 20 months and live in UK at the moment

We are looking at moving to Tunisia (Sousse) in the near future, and would like some information on what I need to do regarding residency and education for our 2 girls,

I would like to chat to anyone who has made the move and is living there now and would be grateful of any advice please

Hi Donna

Life here can be difficult at first but does get easier. Your girls are still young and you can easily enrol your oldest in a local government nursery which is really cheap, children start school at 6 so this will give her a start with the language. Sousse has a good supply of private nurseries as well which are reasonably priced. Schooling is free if they go to a Government school but you can choose private options also. I had my two in Private but switched to local both have positives and negatives.....If you need more info feel free to ask
