A very large house in Tunis Tunisia, About 7km..4.5miles from Downtown TunisCity.

330m2 built on 440m2. A modern design of the house makes it very particular, with especially the typical Tunisian touch in some parts of the house (ceramics made by hand and so on).

This two levels house has a nice garden, 30m2 of grass, nice fruit trees and flowers all over, a garage (can carry 3 cars if you wish) . A room for gardener fully equipped with all connections.

Downstairs, there is a living room and a combined dining room ( American style, separated with only two stairs and a cute arch decoration with marble support)also has a patio, a family room with a patio, a very large kitchen with a door the connects you to the garden and the outside (back entry), fully equipped kitchen, luxury luxury luxury, and a little side of restroom, a sink and the everyday need section of any house.

In the upper level, two bathrooms fully equipped, a department for parents, all is private, wide large room with a balcony, large built in closets, and one of the bathrooms. 3 more rooms, two with balconies and one with windows. All rooms have built in closets so there is enough room.

Mobile satellite, heaters, AC, A well for irrigation.

The estimated price by 3 comps is 620.000.000 Tunisian Dinar.

We are requesting only 580.000.000 on the house or equivalent in $US, Euros or GBP.

En Tunisie, les prix sont un peu hauts... prices are high in almost everything, new appartments are selling for 200k in that area; just so i can remind you that people are buying car for 100k and more.
