We have a self contained and deluxe house (Historical Turkish house and a very nice garden) in Besiktas - Istanbul (In Europe side, very central and in Bosphorus side) and only for A ITALIAN FEMALE (Student, teacher, etc...female) we would like to rent a full furnished room (and a private bathroom) in a private flat short or long-term FROM BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER 2009. Our self contained house has 4 flats and the insulation is very good. Especially, during the winter times the flat is hot and during the summer times it is cool. Concerning room (Free limitless ADSL with wireless+central heating) and pivate bathroom (Washing machine+24 hours hot water) are in the private flat. We do not use concerning flat so the private flat is belonging only for you. It is an old Ottoman house (The green house is in the picture following and the bed in the room is open following the picture, it is collapsible so the bed is small while it is off, there are very big wardrobe and a classic table in the room) but very delux house because of full restored (Having a bay windows and oriel windows). It is a very central place and neighborhood around here is very safe and silent. The house is not too far away from Taksim, Golden Horn, all of famous Universities in Istanbul and near Sisli, Etiler, Mecidiyekoy, the Bosphorus. The price is 40 EUR per week or 150 EUR per month (All of bills are also included in the price and all of expenses). We are not a land agent, we are only a family and we can give you a family life.
