The room's cost 300 Euro with full furnished.. Also, I have another room which is small. It cost 200 Euro with furnished and all bills included. You can see and choose this room too. When you decide to move, I will buy new furniture for your room.
All bills are INCLUDED to the rent. (Natural gas, electricity, water, even if drinking water, limitless internet, fee for the door keeper and condo fee..)
The flat is on the top floor. There is 24 hour hot water.
