What is the luggage allowance for economy class from Shanghai, China to Lagos, Nigeria. Also what is the cost for extra baggage above the limit allowed for economy class.

In transporting frgile items like LCD Televisions, Printers, what is required of me to ensure my items are safe and not damaged. Is there any other fee to be paid if the LCD is within the baggage limit.

I am a resident of Dubai.I buy tickets from Dubai to Kolkata and back.When I come I bring baggage worth 35-40 kgs.When I am returning to Dubai, the Kolkata Airport officials make a big hue ad cry if the baggage exceeds 20kgs.Why? Am I not allowed at least 30 kgs? Kindly clarify.This has been happening year after year.

Very easy:

First Class: Total weight of up to 40 kg.

Business Class: Total weight of up to 30 kg.

Economy Class: Total weight of up to 20 kg.

Exceptions are flights TO/FROM: Canada, USA, Brazil, where the allowance is 2 pieces of 32kg for First and business and 2 pieces of 23kg for economy.
