Art for the Soul Studio offers artists both solitude and social interaction. Artist-Director Ann Hamilton purchased the house in 2001, keeping its Victorian beauty and charm as you can see from the photograph. The house faces east and from its wrap-around front porch overlooks an environment to whet the soul of an artist, writer or photographer. You can see the studio. It is the large room at the left of the porch. The house is located within a few blocks of the small town's library, as well as local restaurants and places of historical significance. On the first floor (ground floor) entrance is gained to a large living room from the front. The back which contains a kitchen is entered from a large deck. Other rooms on this floor are a large dining room, a small bedroom or sitting room, and the huge studio.Located on the second floor are four large bedrooms and a full size bath. All of the rooms have ceiling fans as well as sitting areas.
