Hello. I have read part of this forum, so I know that the 90-day stamp when you arrive in Uruguay doesn't allow you to work. Does that mean domestic-sourced work? Could I go to Uruguay and work as a freelance for companies in the US and the UK, and earn money that way, taking advantage of the zero income tax on worldwide income? Or would I actually need a residence permit to be allowed to earn income from worldwide sources? Is this questioni daft? Could I just go to Uruguay and visit Argentina once a quarter and thus never bother to get a residence permit? Does buying a flat require you to get along term residence permit in advance of buying property? Thank you for any pointers! I am British by the way.
