Hi,
I own an apartment in Pocitos which I am thinking of putting on the market. It is a one bedroom penthouse with a wrap terrace on three sides. You have a great view of the Rio de la Plata from the terrace but not from the apartment. The apartment is in great condition and the carrying charges are about $100 US per month.
