Totally equipped apartment, located in a residential area, close to the UK embassy and major shopping mall. Less than 50 mts. from the coastline. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, maximum capacity 5 people, including air conditioner, alarm system, cable TV, fridge, microwave, coffemaker, conventional oven, juicemixer, everything you can think of. Minimum stay: one week; weekly rate 250 euro, plus electricity based on actual consumption. Direct contact with owner, no intermediaries.

Could you please advise me if you have any apartments available for rent in March possibly for 2-3 months we consist of 2 adults and 1 child (5 years old), we would like to be in Montevideo CBD if possible a 1 bedroomed apartment would be fine if it has a roll out bed, etc.

looking for a large apartment furnished 75-100 m2 Interested in large rooms not many bedrooms. For long term rent $1000 to $1500 USD per month. in Montevideo. Hopefully with secure parking for two adults. We wull be studying Spanish for two years.
