Mr. Jack Tuan, I'm interested in learning more about market in Vietnam specially Ho Chi Minh City. My husband and I are considering the opporutnity to invest in Vietnam. Perhaps, starting a restaurant. This is just our prelimary research. I was wondering if there's spaces that are available for rent for a good size resaurant that can occupy at least 200 people. And what the rent will be. Please advise. Look forward to hear from you. Sincerely, Trisha

Mr. Jack Tuan, I'm interested in learning more about market in Vietnam. I'm from Italy and I spend every summer holidays in Vietnam since the last three years. I'm considering the opportunity to invest there, in a bar, pub, or restaurant. It's a prelimary research, but I know that vietnamese law doesn't allow commercial property for a stranger, so the solution could be renting a license. How much should be the start-up capital? Could you please give me some more information about it? Thank you so much. Look forward to hearing from you. Best regards Laura Muratori
