Hello. I'm a 24-year old American in Ho Chi Minh City looking to rent out 4 extra rooms in my house.

It's on Su Van Hanh in District 10 at the border with District 3. All rooms have a mini-fridge, A/C and television. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a modern kitchen. It was built around 2000. Rent is $200 a month. Please send me an e-mail at wladams@post.harvard.edu if interested.
