Hello, I am a Canadian citizen.
My parents who are Vietnamese gave me a house in Vietnam. According to Vietnamese law right now, I would like to know if I have the right to take the house under my name in ownership even though I am Canadian?

Yes, you can.New property law in Vietnam allow non-Viet citizen own house.
