Hey, we are a family of 4, kids are 2 and 4, and we'd like to rent a bungalow by sea in a childfreindly place , south - east - north of vietnam with good connections to ferry/airports etc., yet not a crowded place. since we are thinking about staying for half a yearr and then move to another place for another half a year, it can't be expensive. we need an A/C.

Time: From december or starting next year for some months at a time.

My wife and I are going to nha trang dec 9- jan 9 and are looking for a small apartment to rent. It will have to be low budget. We can get a hotel for < $300 so you know what our asking price is.It has to be super clean and quiet. Any recommendations?

Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to add I lived in Nha Trang (beach city) for 6 months and monthly rent for an apartment (furnished with wifi and cable and cleaning) was around 3, 000, 000, 000 dong which is about 200 USD approx a month..

Not many places online say the real price so i thought my imput would help.. If you pay 4 million or more you get bigger and bigger and better..

I'm wanting to rent an apartment in Nha Trang for approx.six weeks , currently staying in a guest house of a friend

The apartment must be clean , quiet , good security and with cooking facilities and also allow visitors , with no increase of rent during weekends or holidays

Have lived in Nha Trang for the eighteen months before my last three months in China , so well aware of the area and rental prices

Will return to Nha Trang in May for approx.Twelve months or more
