Dear Mgmt:
I am a Vietnamese-American, US citizen. I have some basic questions, as follows:
If I want to live in Hanoi, HCM city, Dalat city or any others later, after I retire in USA. What do I have to prepare to meet your country legal point of view?
Do you have US Institute, any Bank that I may open my account to get my retirement money from US?
Do you have enough convenient service Company, either public or private, to take care of my insurance for health and medecine, etc?
Could I live in reasonable resident areas? Please advise.
