I have a trailer for sale 15'x 70', 3 bed ,2 bath ,2x6 studs needs some work like flooring in a couple of spots over all its not too bad shape. heating and cooling inclueded new gas hot water tank . im get a new double wide so i need to get rid of it 3,000 or best offer!

Have you sold this trailer yet? Where exactly is it located in WV? I am looking for an inexpensive trailer I can place on property I currenlty own in Beckley and can rent out with minor work. What type of repairs will be required?
