We would like to start a screen printing business in Zambia.

We have T-shirt printing machine, cylindrical printing machine to print bottles and glassware

And a pad printer for most promotional goods ie pens and golf balls etc.

don spend any money equipment. Try brokering tshirts out for the 1st year to see if you can sell them. Then if you get enough orders you can get some equipment and the risk is minimized.
