In a few years time,according to what I have planned, I see my accounts flooding with cash, before I reach this moment, I decided to invest this into real estate here in Zambia.

I know the basic principles of the trade, but I need to study the market trends to make a safe prediction as I invest. I am new in Lusaka and I would like any real estate agent to give me an insight on the best areas to build/buy flats or semi-detatched houses which would be highly demanded by residents with an upcoming market value in the near future.

This info will be much appreciated

Most areas in Lusaka are good areas of investment depending on the type of development you will be putting up. My advice would be Ibex Hill, property prices haven't gone that crazy yet and the property sizes are usually over 5000 square metres so can accommodate a few town houses or flats
