Hi,
I used to live in Zimababwe and on a number of occasions I ate with some of the locals, it was a dish I'm almost sure they called "Rape". As far as I could make out, the ingredients included spinach, onion, tomato and "ration" meat. It was fantastic, but I can't seem to recreate it.
Any help appreciated.
